• In the case of any accident, you are kindly requested to notify us as soon as possible so that we can set a dedicated staff member to follow up your case.
• Our claims department will help you in arranging your documents before submitting them to the insurance company to be sure of its accuracy.
• After finishing the required documents, our team will facilitate the process of claiming the indemnity.
• We shall be settling the claim checks with the insurance company and secure your rights to claim it as long as our company has issued the insurance policy.
• You shall get your claim checks within ten working days from the date of completing the required documents that shall be requested by our competent officer.
