Technical and Risk Management

This department subtracting the risk should be covered according to the nature of the activity and the field works with each client to bring quotations of the best insurance companies operating in Egyptian market. And make sure there are better conditions and insurance coverage that guarantees the customer to get the best insurance policy.

Claims Management

Specialties in this department should settle claims and follow-up with the client in any of the different insurance companies immediately notified of the incident and organize of the file and validated before handing it over to the insurance company and follow up procedures for payment and delivery of checks of claims for the client.

Administration Proceeding

This department allocating staff to follow client’s business of insurance issues, delivery and receipt of the insurance company, it is responsible for the clients accounts in EMKS insurance brokerage company.

Manage Customer Stats

This department work statistically every three months for the client on the total premiums paid, payment and under the settlement claims to account loss quarterly and annual rate.

Financial Management

This department in pursuing client account with the insurance company to collect instalments and pay it. Then delivering the client payment receipt, with a letter from the insurance company stating payment and validity of insurance coverage. The department also follow-up the credits and debits client account with the insurance companies.

Customer Care Delegates

All departments at EMKS are supported by a wide range network of delegates. The delegates are working fully on your convenience, they collect the payments from wherever you are periodically. Moreover, they deliver the claim checks to your place after the settlement.
